Dave Bell
Recruitment Consultant
Dave Bell studied a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Economics at the Curtain University in Perth, Western Australia. Dave is a passionate recruiter, having worked in the sector since 1999, in the UK since 2001. He specialises in the placement of GPs, GPwSI and Middle Grade / Staff Grade Doctors with Substance Misuse Specialty into HM Prisons and Community Clinics. Dave is also working with for GPs making the move to Australia and Canada.
Despite his absence from his native shores, Dave is an ardent follower or the team in the Baggy Green when it comes to cricket, is tragically attracted to the Fremantle Dockers in the Australian Football League and plays for the Swans in the local competition.
Caroline Staal
Director
A previous director at Holt Medical Recruitment, Caroline’s involvement with the medical recruitment industry goes back 18 years. She originally qualified as a nurse, but her interest in business attracted her to the fast paced world of recruiting. Caroline’s current focus is looking after allied health professionals for the NHS, independent hospitals and the MOD.
Her hobbies include travel, boating, reading and film.
Simon Holt
Director
Previously a director of Holt Medical Recruitment, Simon’s entrepreneurial spirit has kept him in recruitment for many years.
John Shipman
Director
John has worked in medical recruitment for 16 years, holding the posts of consultant, manager and director. Another entrepreneur, John has run two recruitment businesses as an owner/manager and is a pharmacy specialist.
His hobbies include badminton and reading fantasy novels.
Kiki Court
Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy
Kiki has worked for many years in medical recruitment and looks after the occupational therapists and speech and language therapists.
Her hobbies include film, music, horse riding and music festivals. If you want to know anything about Glastonbury, she is the person to talk to!
Daniel Adamson
Pharmacy and Dieticians
Daniel previously worked for Reed Health in Manchester, where he was responsible for the recruitment of physiotherapists and pharmacists across the north of England. At Hydra Healthcare, he looks after the pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and dieticians.
Daniel’s hobbies include mountain biking, 11 aside football and he is a keen fisherman.
Will McDonald
Junior Recruitment Consultant
Will is from Australia and like Steve is keen to explore the UK and Europe. So far his love of travel has found him working as a deckhand onboard super yachts in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and New England.
He is a keen sportsman and plays football, cricket and tennis. He will be primarily responsible for recruiting physiotherapists for the MOD.
Steve Schimke
Nursing Division
Steve graduated as a nurse in Australia. Attracted by the British weather and the prospect of countless trips to Europe he found himself working in the UK. He is responsible for recruiting nurses for the NHS and MOD.
He is a keen sportsman and plays rugby. When he is not charging around a rugby field, he enjoys going to music gigs.
Shelley Gilchrist
Nursing, MOD
Shelley works alongside Steve and is responsible for running all the nursing contracts in the MOD, including Headley Court.
Jenny Scott
Remedial Instructors and Pharmacy for MOD
Jenny has spent the last year working in recruitment and is responsible for looking after remedial instructors and pharmacists for the MOD. Jenny loves swimming, sailing, reading and horse riding. Her love of horses has meant she has previously worked as a groom.
Sally Catt Camfield
Recruiter Support
Sally works closely with Pam and Jenny, supporting them with recruitment for the MOD.
David Crepaud
Accounts
David Crepaud works in the accounts department and looks after candidate’s pay and all invoicing. He’s the guy you need to buy a pint when you get your timesheet in late! If you have any queries regarding your pay, he is always happy to help.
