Always phone us and check that we have received your forms and remember that timesheets need to reach us by Monday at 2pm. If your timesheet is submitted late, we will not be able to pay you until the following week!
Timesheet Form
A timesheet signed by the line manager or authorised signatory is a pre-requisite of payment to you. If you have run out of physical timesheets, please download and use this version. You are strongly advised to make a photocopy for your own records of the completed timesheet, as this downloadable version is not in triplicate with a spare copy for you and us.
Shirt Order Form
Professional appearance is important within the working environment. Please ensure you have enough tops to get you through the working week. There is a charge for additional tops. Speak to your consultant to confirm the price before ordering. The price is normally the cost price to us.
